What airport do should I fly into?

• We recommend you fly into STT.  Our rental house is within a 15 minute car ride from the airport.

How will we get to and from the STT airport?

• Once everyone has booked flights, we will arrange for a group shuttle for anyone interested.  Let me know if you plan to rent a car, so I make sure to get you gate access.

Are the accomodations / house included?

• Yes - the house is complements of Angie.

 

Are meals and drinks provided? 

• Yes, however, if you choose to leave during the meal times, you may need to find your own meal accommodations.  The drink choices will be stocked.  However, if you are wanting something very specific like a brand of liquor, feel free to venture to the local store and purchase what you would like.  It is hard to accommodate to everyone’s liking and we also don’t want a lot to go to waste at end of the week.

What is included (This is what your $500 went towards)?

• Transfers to and from the airport, lunch for those arriving on Saturday.

• Pre-stocked food and drink at the house.

• The chef along with the family style meals he makes.

• Our Group planned excursion (Catamaran Cruise).   

• Complimentary daily housekeeping service for the common spaces.

What is NOT included?

• Spa treatments (hopefully you signed up via signup genius)

• Any extra food or meals you want.

• Any personally planned excursions / activities. 

• Laundry service at additional cost. (Please note there is not a washer / dryer).

 

Things to know about the house:

• We have multiple stereo systems set up throughout the property. You can connect your music device to the indoor and outdoor speaker systems.

• We provide cable television in all rooms. You can connect to your Amazon Fire Stick or Apple TV to
  watch movies and TV shows through internet account.

• We provide free FIOS high speed internet service. WIFI is available throughout the property.  WIFI password available upon arrival

 

Is our neighborhood safe? 

• Yes and it is gated and since it is gated there are no outside vehicles within the community. 

 

Can I rent a bike?  

•  Yes but it is not recommended.   Roads are hilly/Narrow and there is no curb to avoid oncoming traffic.  Occasionally guests will bike on Water Island.

Things to know about your room:

• You will be assigned a room.

• You will have at least one roommate.

• Each room has it's own safe.

​

Things to bring:

• Your white outfit.

• The personalized towel we sent you along with a personal one.

• Cash for any cab rides you want to go back and forth to town.

​Do I need to sign a waiver for the Catamaran? 

• Yes, we will send the Catamaran Waiver form out the week prior.
